Arsenal are cracking on with their transfer business after a slow start to the summer.
The Gunners have now signed four players this transfer window with Gabriel Martinelli, William Saliba and Dani Ceballos all joining Pepe.
The Ivorian was flown in today to complete a medical and sign a contract and transfer guru Fabrizio Romano revealed that the deal is now done.
He tweeted: “Pepe has signed he’s new Arsenal player.”
The 24-year-old took Ligue 1 by storm last season after scoring 22 goals and assisting 11 and a host of top clubs have been chasing his signature.
And he will join an already formidable attack under Unai Emery, with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette.
Pepe was made Emery's top target after failing to sign Wilfried Zaha from Crystal Palace.
The Eagles had slapped a whopping £90m price-tag on the Ivorian and were not interested in add-ons or installments.

But the Gunners did not waste anytime, quickly adjusting their sights on Pepe - who was heavily linked with a move to Napoli.
With the winger's agent speaking to the Italian club, Arsenal swooped in and made a late offer.
Napoli were not the only club interested in his services, with Manchester United and Liverpool also in the running.
However, with a transfer now complete the north London outfit have no intention of slowing down.
There remains the transfer pursuit of Kieran Tierney from Celtic as Emery remains keen on bolstering his defence.
The Bhoys are demanding £25m for his services but there is confidence at the Emirates that a deal will be done.
Pepe is expected to sign a five-year contract worth £140,000-a-week.
The £72m deal structured so the Gunners pay £20m up front and £52m over four years has been agreed with the Ligue 1 club.
