Chelsea will make Oscar available for transfer this summer

Chelsea have decided to make Oscar available for transfer this summer, in order to raise funds for an overhaul of the squad.
The Brazil international, according to The Times, is regarded as the most dispensable of the club’s saleable assets.
Roman Abramovich is keen to stick by the club’s current transfer policy of selling before buying and it seems Oscar, who has failed to develop at the rate Chelsea might have hoped after signing him from Internacional back in 2012, is not in the plans of Antonio Conte.

The Italian coach, who was confirmed as Chelsea’s next manager last week, reportedly wants to sign a new creative midfield player while retaining the services of Eden Hazard, Cesc Fabregas and Willian.
The Times understand that Conte also wants to bring Juan Cuadrado back to Stamford Bridge from Juventus, where he has impressed during his season-long loan spell.

OSCAR FAILS TO PERFORM CONSISTENTLY

Oscar was tipped to become one of Europe’s best playmakers following his big-money move from Internacional but has struggled to produce effective performances on a consistent basis.
It seems the Blues are ready to give up on the South American, 24, who has scored a modest three goals and provided just four assists in the Premier League this term.
One potential destination for Oscar is Juventus. The Italian outfit have a long-standing interest in the Brazilian.
